OmenBids Terms & Conditions

Orders and payment
Payment is collected in full at checkout, including applicable shipping charges and taxes. Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information.

Preorders and Final Order Cutoff (FOC)
Items marked “preorder” are purchased before release. FOC is the distributor’s deadline for final orders; it is not the release or shipping date. Estimated release dates appear in product listings and may change.

Cancellations and returns
We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Cancellation requests are considered case by case and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been submitted to our distributor, change-of-mind cancellations are generally unavailable because we have committed to purchasing those items.

These restrictions do not apply where a refund or cancellation is required by law.

Availability and delays
Preorders remain subject to publisher and distributor availability. If an item is canceled or cannot be supplied, we will refund the unfulfilled item and applicable tax, along with any shipping charges required to be refunded. If shipment is delayed beyond the stated timeframe, we will notify you and provide any legally required options to accept the delay or cancel for a refund.

Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. Standard shipping is $10 per order. Orders containing preorders ship together once all items are available. For separate shipments, please place separate orders. Any additional shipping arrangement must be agreed upon before charges are collected.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing items
Please contact OmenBids promptly with your order number and a description of the issue. Include photos of damage, packaging, or incorrect items where applicable so we can investigate and resolve the problem.

Cover images and release information are supplied for reference and may be updated by publishers. No specific numerical comic grade is guaranteed unless expressly stated in the listing.
